The location was comfortable and prime. Adjacent to a Holiday Inn Express and Salerno, which has a nice beach and is much cleaner.

Incredbly beautifull hotel, one of the most gorgeous I've ever seen, in excellent maintenence and with very good food and a fantastic and kind service of the personel in every way, would strongly reccomend for people travelling by car in the area of Costiera Amalfitano, Sorrento, Capri Island, Pompei, Vesuvio, and etc.

The equipment is very pretty to look at, a little kitschy but interesting.

Breakfast was anything but good. The tablecloths were often still dirty. Many weddings are celebrated in the hotel and once we had the feeling that the remains of the cake were served for breakfast. There was also a wedding every day that had to be prepared. There's a lot of hustle and bustle involved. The pool is not to be used then starting from noon any more. It's certainly an interesting hotel, but it doesn't have much to do with relaxation.

The hotel is spacious and clean, with working amenities. Weddings occur frequently, providing occasional firework displays. The pool and terrace offer a perfect setting with great views and a lovely garden. The hotel is ornate and decorated with celebrity photos, creating a unique experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was great, we could see Vesuvius through the window of our room. The hotel is situated in very nice park, around you can see a lot of old statues, nice pools and wonderful palms and orange trees. The rooms were spaciuos and very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff was very helpful and quickly solved all our questions. If we will travel in this area we would stay in this hotel with great pleasure once more.

Its breakfast was plentiful, we enjoyed the location too.

The location was convenient, allowing easy access to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. The hotel grounds were beautiful, resembling a fairytale castle. The scenery was magnificent, providing a picturesque backdrop. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and hope to return in the future.

The rooms were incredible to look at, the grounds were great, and horses grazing were great. The pool was pretty. We found a great place to eat it was called Carmansitas, if you come out of the hotel and take a right it is 2 miles up the road on the left. Menu is in Italain however food was incredible. Almost every dish is 6 euros or less.

The staff was not very friendly, except for Danny, he was great. The beds in the Luxury rooms were very hard and very uncomfortable. The refrigerator never stayed cold, and it was very hard to get a outside line.

The location of this place is fantastic, close to the train station and with a pleasant view, plus the continental breakfast was superb.

Charming staff, comfortable accommodation, incredibly different from the norm, quite kitch in a good way. Over the top, but one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend it to others. Quite an experience.

Live groups/music on both sides of the restaurant in the evening. It was difficult to hear ourselves talk, but not a big issue.

Incredible hotel with stunning architecture, filled with artistic and vintage items. Perfect for romantic getaways. Surprisingly affordable prices, especially for honeymooners. Delicious dinner and extremely helpful staff. Ideal location for exploring the Amalfi coast. Wi-fi, free and safe parking available. GREAT value for money.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dani in particular made us most welcome and sorted out a few initial problems. Food was good and reasonably priced. General decor was extraordinary. We grew to quite like it, but on first viewing it looks like something from a Disney fanatsy movie. We were also allocated a two-bedroom appartment on arrival rather than the quadruple family room, which was very good.

Surrounding area wasn't what we expected. Not really rural, and approach roads from Autostrada were "interesting" in terms of traffic. Not for the feint-hearted

The rooms are not what they show on the website ( a suite is actually a double room), the bed quality is very poor, and the rooms smell bad. This seems to be more of a reception hall (for weddings) than a hotel. Elevator music pumps through the entire grounds until after midnight(only the same 4 songs over and over). This Hotel is a self-proclaimed 5 star when in fact is no better than a 2 star. The grounds are tacky and overdone with cheasy themes. It's as if Disney created the hotel and grounds while on drugs in the early 1900's and decided to do no maintenance at all throughout the entire century. If you are looking for a cheasy wedding hall where you will find it difficult to get a good nights sleep....this is your place.

WOW, what a jaw-dropping experience we had at this palatial paradise! The staff were absolutely super and went above and beyond to solve any issues, especially with the swimming pool. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and our triple room was not only big but also had a lovely balcony. The hotel's unique and out-of-place Disney castle-like decor was mind-blowing, creating a fun and unforgettable atmosphere. The location was pretty good, allowing us to easily explore Pompeii and Vesuvius with a hired car. The two weddings taking place during our stay added a fancy touch to the already stunning ambiance of the hotel. The open and quiet pool area was a delight, and the restaurant across the road, Gerani, provided a wonderful dining experience. our stay at this hotel was a truly memorable and fantastic experience.
